Personal Statement: When I turned 50 I set a personal goal of ‘being healthy at 100’, and I have been focused on those personal strategies and practices that will help me on this journey. In my life I choose to make time for meaningful work with others. I enjoy traveling to and photographing interesting people and places. I develop and share my spirit of volunteerism in my community. And I really like having fun with my family and friends. Through my consulting practice, ODinsight, I help clients like you develop and implement profitability improvement strategies. I will work collaboratively with you to discover ways to revise and restructure unproductive areas of your business and to facilitate the growth of new business. ODioodle Photo is my photography practice. My passion for photography is fueled and energized with my travels. As I travel, I visually document my experiences of other cultures and people with the hope of being able to share my personal insights of their lives with you. Volunteerism is very important to my own groundedness and personal outreach. For many years I have focused my energy on Teen Living Programs, a not-for-profit social service agency in Chicago who’s mission is to help homeless youth become productive members of society. My left brain, which I refer to as my guiding matrix, strives to organize my life equally into these four quadrants of interest. My right brain, which I call my bubbling swamp, pulls me away from a structured existence and lures me into the excitement and energy that I feel as I take life as it comes to me.
Professional Bio Recent Work Management Experience I have made several presentations to industry professional and academic groups on the subject of developing self-directed work teams. My work on self- directed work teams has been the subject of several articles published in various professional journals. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University. ODinsight, LLC Tel: 312-560-5432 or 505-989-7015 |
